1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

Within 24 Hours of Payment: Clients may request a full refund within 24 hours of making the payment, provided that development work has not started yet.

Failure to Deliver on Time: If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the timeline specified in the project agreement or initial communication, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the work completed.
2. No Refund After Project Commencement
Once the development process has officially started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except in the case of a failure to meet the agreed delivery deadline.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@webek.org within the applicable time frame. Include your full name, project details, and the reason for the refund request.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued through the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Any costs incurred for third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain registration, plugins, licenses) are non-refundable once purchased or activated on your behalf.
